Connor Murphy Joins Capstone Advisory Group, LLC

NEW YORK, June 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Capstone Advisory Group, LLC announced today that Connor Murphy has joined the firm's New York office as Managing Director in the Litigation, Forensic Investigations and Dispute Resolution Group.  Mr. Murphy has an extensive background in the Litigation Support market where he leverages his previous experience as a practicing commercial litigator with a New York firm.  His focus is on new business development primarily in the white collar litigation, forensic accounting, and e-discovery space with law firms and corporations. 

Before joining Capstone, Mr. Murphy was a litigation support business development professional for ten years with the advisory services arm of a Big 4 accounting firm as well as with the Disputes & Investigations practice at Navigant Consulting, Inc.  Key areas of concentration were Fraud & Forensic Accounting Investigations, FCPA Matters, Securities Litigation, Antitrust, Construction and Real Estate matters, Regulated Industry Compliance, Data Protection, and E-Discovery. Mr. Murphy has served as moderator, panelist, and speaker on emerging issues and trends that affect corporations and their outside counsel.

Mr. Murphy graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance and from Saint John's University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.  Mr. Murphy is admitted to the bar in Connecticut and New York.
