Thousands of partners have attended the events, hosted by ConnectWise gurus who present updates on the company's business automation software and provide hands-on training sessions. The remainder of the full-day meeting is user-driven with partners deciding on the agenda and leading best practice discussions. Other optional consulting is also available to ConnectWise partners in the days before the user group meetings. Half day workshops and one-on-one consulting help partners hone their ConnectWise wisdom, in person, at these regional locations.
"ConnectWise continues to stand behind its partners by making sure we have access to not only the latest and greatest information about their PSA software but by enabling us to connect and share our knowledge with each other," said Karl Bickmore, CEO of CCNS Consulting LLC. "By providing local user groups meetings, ConnectWise makes it easy to share best practices, how to overcome challenges and tips on how to provide better service for our customers, which ultimately makes our business stronger. Nobody looks out for their partners as well as ConnectWise!"
