Launched in 2008, the series of free partner events offers business-improvement consulting, hands-on training and partner-led discussions to provide additional advantages in an increasingly competitive IT marketplace. ConnectWise User Group Meetings are held in the first through third quarters as a supplement to the company's annual IT Nation event.
Hundreds of partners attend each event, which is hosted by a ConnectWise guru presenting educational updates on the company's business automation software with the remainder of the full-day meeting lead by partner facilitators who lead discussions on attendee-decided topics. A networking dinner is held the night before each event as a way for ConnectWise partners to connect in a casual setting. Typically ConnectWise User Groups touch over a thousand partners each quarter.
User group meetings scheduled for Q1 of 2012 include:

- January 20: South Central – Houston, Texas
- January 24: North Central – Chicago
- January 27: Northwest – Seattle
- February 7: Mid-Atlantic – Washington D.C.

- February 22: Southwest – Newport Beach, Calif.
- February 29: United Kingdom - London
