Connect 2012 Announces Lineup of Speakers for Annual Professional Development Conference
Nov. 16 event co-sponsored by SCPRSA and IABC/SC
COLUMBIA, S.C., Oct. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Connect 2012: Choose Your Path, Measure Your Success has announced its lineup of speakers and schedule of events for the annual professional development conference being held Friday, Nov. 16, at the S.C. Hospital Association in Columbia. The event is co-sponsored by the South Carolina Public Relations Society of America (SCPRSA) and the International Association of Business Communicators of South Carolina (IABC/SC), and is intended to bring communications professionals together to network and discuss industry issues.
"Global Perspective on International Communication" will be the subject of the opening keynote made by Dr. Alan Freitag, the Department of Communication Studies chair at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Brooks Harper, president of Brooks Harper Enterprise, will lead the general keynote entitled "Get Passionate About Your Paycheck."
