Congressman Ted Poe to Hold Press Conference on the Murder Investigation of David Hartley

David Hartley was shot and killed on September 30, 2010, by people believed to be Mexican drug cartel pirates on Lake Falcon, Texas. Mrs. Hartley barely escaped from the assailants. Mr. and Mrs. Hartley had been jet-skiing on the lake, which is a major tourist destination, when the attack occurred. Mr. Hartley's body has yet to be recovered.
