Congressman Fattah Lauds President Obama's Direction on Jobs and the Middle Class

WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (D-PA) released the following statement on the President's State of the Union address:
