Congressman Fattah Announces Mobile Office Hours in Philadelphia, Montgomery County

WASHINGTON, Feb. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA-02) announced today that his district office will begin mobile office hours at five locations throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery County beginning this week.  The format offers additional opportunities for constituents to interact face-to-face with Congressional representatives and have their questions answered. The office hours will continue on a weekly basis throughout 2015.

During the office hours, representatives from Congressman Fattah's district staff will be available to offer assistance to Second District constituents on services and issues including Veterans Affairs, Social Security, Internal Revenue Services, and other matters dealing with federal agencies or legislative issues. The mobile office hours are open to the public and require no appointment.

"My staff remains committed to serving every constituent in our district, but we realize that sometimes it's not possible for them to visit us in our District Office. I hope these mobile office hours will allow more accessibility and ease for those individuals who may need help with a federal agency or department, have casework, or are interested in learning more about my work in the Philadelphia area and Washington," Congressman Fattah said. 

Mobile office locations will each be open from 10AM-5PM on their specified day:

1^st Tuesday of Each Month - ROXBOROUGH YMCA
7201 Ridge Ave Philadelphia, PA 19128

2^nd Tuesday of Each Month - WEST PHILADELPHIA YMCA
5120 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19139

3^rd Tuesday of Each Month - COLUMBIA NORTH YMCA
1400 N. Broad St, Philadelphia PA, 19121

2^nd Wednesday of Each Month - CHRISTIAN STREET YMCA
1724 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146

4^th Wednesday of Each Month - HAVERFORD YMCA
891 N. Eagle Road, Havertown, PA 19083

Staff in Congressman Fattah's Philadelphia office always remain available in-person and via telephone to assist constituents.
