Congressional Testimony: Lessons Learned from Census 2010 and Planning for Census 2020
WASHINGTON, April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The NALEO Educational Fund invites you to join us at a congressional overview of the 2010 Census that will include a look at methods to help ensure full participation in the next Census.
NALEO Educational Fund Executive Director Arturo Vargas, a noted expert on Census issues, will offer testimony on last year's population count, including the efficacy of outreach efforts and practices designed to increase the participation of "hard-to-count" populations.
