Congress Passes Historic Legislation To Modernize TSCA

WASHINGTON, June 7, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The United States Senate today passed by unanimous consent the bipartisan Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21^st Century Act, legislation to reform the nation's 40 year-old primary chemical management law, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
