Concurrent Technologies Corporation to Compete for U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Support Services Program
JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) announced today that it will compete as a prime contractor for the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Support Services Program (MCLOGSS).
According to the Marine Corps's request for information, the MCLOGSS program will be the primary service solution for all logistics support services. This new contract vehicle will support the Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM), located in Albany, GA, with innovative and responsive logistics support for multiple centers in the United States. At least ten different task areas, ranging from program management, to maintenance, to training and technical data generation will be supported. Contracts have the potential of running for five years if the Government chooses to exercise four one-year options in addition to the traditional base year.
For more than 15 years CTC has partnered with the Marine Corps to deliver essential logistics services in support of the warfighter. CTC's demonstrated capabilities in Logistics Lifecycle Management include the award winning Marine Corps Equipment Readiness Information Tool (MERIT), the Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT), and the Total Life Cycle Management Common Operating Picture (TLCM-COP) decision support tools.
