ANNAPOLIS, Md., Oct. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Concourse Group (Concourse) recently appointed Ms. Addy Cullen as Development Manager of its Affordable and Workforce Housing Practice to support its growing list of Housing Authority clients.

Ms. Cullen's experience in the development industry spans over 10 years and includes work on projects nationwide of affordable, multifamily, retail, and office product types. She has been responsible for the overall project management - overseeing market analysis and feasibility analysis, financing, project strategy, due diligence, and pre-construction and construction administration.
Prior to joining Concourse, Ms. Cullen worked as a Project Manager at a regional development firm where she managed relationships with clients, partners, and consultants during all development phases. Ms. Cullen's expertise includes coordinating construction loans - including conventional, HUD, Freddie Mac and permanent loans. Ms. Cullen has also worked as an architect at Fourth Street Design Studio and Hord Coplan Macht where she developed plans and elevations, and executed projects through all levels of project completion, including conceptual design, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration.
