The meeting will be held at its headquarters on the 18th Floor, Tower A, Global Trade Center, 36 North Third Ring Road East, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100013, China. Shareholders as of the record date of November 21, 2012 are entitled to vote and to attend the meeting.
