The new members bring a wealth of varied and vibrant talents to Concierge including marketing, non-profit and corporate consulting, and creative, financial and economic strategies. Joining the board are: Tabatha Coffey, Erin Grogan, Joya Delgado Harris, Derek Mullins and Katie Rooney.

Tabatha Coffey is a successful business woman, company owner, hair designer and educator. She has spent five seasons traveling across the county consulting struggling business owners on transforming their lives and companies for Bravo's Tabatha Takes Over. Tabatha's memoir It's Not Really About the Hair: The Honest Truth About Life, Love, and the Business of Beauty is in its fourth printing published by Harper Collins.
Erin Grogan is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at YouCaring, where she manages the company's finances, human resources, and operations. Erin also has experience in investment banking, financial planning and analysis and management consulting. She received her MBA in finance from New York University.
In November 2012, Joya Delgado Harris assumed the role of Director, Research Integration for the American Cancer Society. In this role she provides oversight and management of the integration of Extramural Grants Department research and training program outcomes into enterprise-wide organization and mission objectives. Joya has over a decade of experience in non-profit management. Joya earned a BA from Wellesley College, and received a Masters of Public Health degree with concentration in public health policy and management from the Rollins School of Public Health of Emory University.
Derek Mullins is the Operations and Finance Director for Arrowpoint Partners, an SEC-registered investment adviser based in Denver, Colorado. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Fund, Inc., a family of 1940 Act mutual funds. Derek has experience managing operations, fund administration and distribution. Derek graduated from the University of Colorado with both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Finance.
Katie Rooney is Chief Marketing Officer of USCF and brings over 20 years of experience in the fund industry. Katie is responsible for marketing, brand management and overall product distribution. USCF is a subsidiary of Concierge where Katie also serves as the Chief Communications Officer. She has experience in managing sales organizations, strategic planning and implementation. Katie received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology with a minor in Art History from Wellesley College.
