NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions today announced its results from October, which was another banner month for the international luxury real estate auction firm. The luxury properties that Concierge auctioned are located in California, Wyoming, Idaho, Pennsylvania and South Carolina, and attracted 41 qualified bidders.
Best-in-class International Website
The firm continued its impressive online presence, with 133,772 pages viewed from 131 countries, led internationally by Canada, the UK, Australia, Brazil and Mexico. Engagement was due in part to its stellar lineup of October auction properties and other upcoming sales, including the buzz around the November 6th auction of three properties at Trump SoHo New York and the November 18th auction of Deion Sanders' former residence in North Dallas, which received media coverage on websites such as Forbes, Curbed and TMZ.
Award-winning Real Estate Marketing
Given its rapid growth, Concierge Auctions received multiple industry honors throughout the month. The company was recognized with the prestigious "Best Overall Marketing" award from Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, also known as LuxuryRealEstate.com. After being named by Inc. Magazine as one of America's fastest-growing companies, Concierge Auctions Founder and President Laura Brady attended the Inc. 5000 event in Phoenix to accept the award. Brady was also a speaker at Inman News' first-ever Luxury Connect event in Beverly Hills, CA, alongside other leaders in the luxury space, including Arianna Huffington, chair, president, and editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post Media Group; Joyce Rey, executive director of the estates division of Coldwell Banker Previews International; and Josh Altman and Madison Hildebrand, both Beverly Hills real estate agents and stars of the hit Bravo TV show Million Dollar Listing.
The firm is already off to a strong November, with auctions underway in New York, Vermont, Colorado, California and Texas.
