MALIBU, Calif., June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- New York City-based Concierge Auctions is pleased to announce the successful sale of a private Malibu compound and an adjacent, 10-acre parcel, both in the exclusive community of Trancas Canyon. With the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop, five bidders competed during a live auction to own the properties. The sale was conducted in cooperation with Dustin Cumming and Danelle Lavin of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate, and Aaron Kirman of John Aaroe Group. The buyer is represented by Ira Soebroto, also of John Aaroe Group. This was Concierge's second successful auction alongside Hilton & Hyland, following last year's sale of the Robert Taylor Ranch in Brentwood.
