Concierge Auctions Leads International Trend In Modernizing Sales of Luxury Real Estate
NEW YORK, March 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions, a luxury real estate auction firm serving high-net-worth individuals internationally, saw unprecedented success in 2013, continuing its reputation as the 'firm of choice' for sophisticated home buyers, sellers and agents.
Entering its seventh year modernizing sales at the high-end of the luxury real estate market, the firm produced $194 million in sales in 2013, a 36% increase over 2012, and outperformed broader growth in the industry.

In 2013, the firm's selectivity resulted in an average sale price of $5.4 million, a 36% increase over 2012.
