The two 5+acre sites, with luxury villas known as Hale Nanea and Hale Lani, and one 24-acre site with exclusive Kauapea Road addresses, will sell Bidder's Choice - one Without Reserve - and follow three prior successful auctions that Concierge has conducted for this Seller. The bidding will be conducted live, on-site on June 18th in cooperation with Debra Blachowiak (PB) and Paul Kyno (RA) of Sleeping Giant Sotheby's International Realty and Roni Marley (RB) of Hawaii Life Real Estate.
