The monumental event — the most properties Concierge has auctioned in one day — attracted more than 50 bidders from multiple US states, Canada, South Africa, Russia, England and Singapore. Bids were placed in person, via proxy, and via the firm's Instant Gavel^® mobile app, which allows bidders to participate in real time from anywhere in the world.
