Concentra Opens Advanced Physical Therapy Center
Addition of Physical Therapy Center Marks Expansion of Services, Network
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Concentra, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., announced today it has expanded its reach in the Jacksonville, Fla., market with the opening of a new center dedicated entirely to physical therapy.
Located at 13475 Atlantic Blvd, Unit 7, the new Concentra Physical Therapy center features spacious new physical therapy bays, advanced rehabilitation programs, state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, and multiple work simulation areas. This center is the first of its kind for the health care company, offering physical therapy services only and serves as an additional resource for Concentra's existing medical centers in the surrounding area. Staffed by a full-time physical therapist and medical professional, the center is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
