Concentra Official Statement on Investigation by Maine State Police

ADDISON, Texas, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, March 23, Concentra learned of the charges filed against David York, M.D., and the investigation by the Maine State Police Department. We are cooperating fully with the local authorities on this investigation. Dr. York has been with Concentra for one year and has since been terminated from the organization.
