Comview Receives AOTMP's Top Customer Satisfaction Ranking for Second Year in a Row
HUNTINGTON STATION, N.Y., Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- John Perri, Founder and CEO of Comview Corporation, a leading provider of Telecom Expense Management services, was officially notified today that for the second year in a row, Comview received the top ranking in AOTMP's annual TEM WMM 2011 Enterprise Client Satisfaction Study.
During the 2011 research initiative, 1,066 professionals across 644 different enterprises participated in the study and rated their Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Wireless Mobility (WMM) suppliers on overall customer satisfaction. While more than 100 TEM and WMM suppliers were identified during the study, only 22 of them qualified to be listed in the 2011 report. This is the second year in a row that Comview received top rankings in the AOTMP Annual Survey. Comview achieved the number one customer satisfaction ranking in TEM and number two overall in AOTMP's 2010 enterprise survey.
