CLEVELAND and MINNEAPOLIS, March 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- COMS Interactive, LLC, also known as Clinical Outcomes Management Systems ("COMS") has chosen Health Dimensions Group ("HDG") to collaboratively enhance their collective service offerings.  The agreement creates an opportunity for the two organizations' clinical applications, products and services deployment, management and consulting services.

The COMS flagship product, Daylight IQ™, features a series of integrated, disease-based clinical protocols that significantly empower the entire care team including physicians, therapists, nurses, and nurse aides, and facilitates enhanced communication between all parties.
