CompuPay Completes Priority Payroll Acquisition
MIRAMAR, Fla., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- CompuPay, Inc. (www.compupay.com), one of the leading payroll service companies in the United States, today announced the acquisition of Priority Payroll, a Henderson, Nevada-based payroll services company founded in 2003. Located just outside of Las Vegas, Priority Payroll offers payroll, time-keeping and human resource services to medium-sized businesses across the country.

In addition, they will have access to CompuPay's much broader selection of payroll products and related services including 401(k) retirement plans, workers compensation insurance, COBRA administration services and section 125 plans.
