CompuGroup Medical US Observes National Health Center Week in New Mexico through a Partnership with De Baca Family Practice Clinic

BOSTON, Aug. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CompuGroup Medical US (CGM) is celebrating National Health Center Week (NHCW) in partnership with De Baca Family Practice Clinic, based in Fort Sumner, New Mexico. To kick-off the week-long celebrations, De Baca Family Practice Clinic will hold a town hall meeting and open house on August 13, 2014 to discuss health services and related topics with community members. In attendance will be U.S. Congressman Steve Pearce and Constituent Services Representative for the Office of U.S. Senator Martin T. Heinrich, Ms. Iris Chavez. NHCW is a weeklong celebration held to recognize the strides made by Community Health Centers (CHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to deliver comprehensive, quality preventive care, regardless of a person's ability to pay. This year's event is themed: "America's Health Centers - Local Engines for Healthier Communities."
