VANCOUVER, Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Compliance Energy Corporation ("the "Company) announces that the Board of Directors, as part of its annual review of options, approved today a grant of a total of 622,500 share purchase options exercisable at $0.28 per share for a period of five years to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Company's stock option plan.
