NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., May 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Tiger Group will begin accepting bids on June 4 for an online auction of the complete assets of the major lighting, grip and truck equipment rental company Cineworks, Inc., following the retirement of the business' owner Deborah Maxwell. The professionally maintained assets include lighting and grip equipment, and a variety of trucks.

Cineworks' lighting gear and other equipment have been used domestically and internationally in commercials, print, and film productions over the past 46 years.

Assets offered in the June 11th Cineworks auction include The M18, an 1,800-watt open face lamp head that combines the award-winning lens-less optical technology of the ARRIMAX with the innovative True-Blue design.

Other items up for bid include The Joker 1600 HMI Light, the newest of the Joker generation of daylight fixtures.

Bidding will commence June 4, 9:00 a.m. (PT) at www.SoldTiger.com. Bidding will close in rapid succession, online auction style, on June 11at 10:00 a.m. (PT). All bidders are required to register prior to the sale at SoldTiger.com. Previews of the assets are available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT) on June 10 at Cineworks' headquarters, located at 8125 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood.

Key inventory in the sale includes a large offering of HMI's and Tungsten, L.E.D.'s, from top manufacturers like Arri, Kino, Mole, K5600, LitePanel, Chimera, and Astera.

Also, up for bid will be brand-new globes, hundreds of electrical and grip carts, dollies, distro cable, and hundreds of stands, apple boxes and light accessories.

Low mileage trucks from Ford, Nissan and Isuzu are also up for auction, in addition to Honda generators, production supplies, and warehouse equipment.

The Cineworks offering represents the latest in a series of audio and video gear liquidations and auctions from Tiger in Southern California and other parts of the U.S.
