The newest Compass Self Storage (www.compassselfstorage.com) center offers over 70,000 net rentable square feet. It features convenient drive up and climate controlled units. An expansion project for the self storage center is planned to open in January of 2018, and will add a two story building with 49,000 additional climate controlled square feet.  Compass Self Storage offers a full line of moving and packing supplies and truck rental to make it a one-stop solution for anyone moving their home or business.  Physical upgrades to the property that are planned include state-of-the-art security and surveillance systems and individual digital customer access control.
