Compass Point Expands Investment Banking Team

WASHINGTON, June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC ("Compass Point"), a premier investment bank focused on the financial services sector, today announced the hiring of Haley Lai as a Managing Director of Investment Banking.  Ms. Lai is based in the firm's New York City office.

Ms. Lai joins Compass Point with nearly 10 years of investment banking experience in the financial services industry.  Most recently, she served as a Director of Investment Banking in the Diversified Finance Group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, where she was responsible for leading capital markets transactions for specialty finance and financial technology companies.  Previously, she was with Lehman Brothers.  Ms. Lai received her M.B.A. from Duke University.
