WESTPORT, Conn., April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Diversified Holdings (Nasdaq GS: CODI) ("CODI" or the "Company"), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that it plans to release financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010, on Monday, May 10, 2010, during pre-market hours, and has scheduled a conference call to discuss the results at 9:00 a.m. ET that morning.
The conference call will feature remarks by I. Joseph Massoud, Chief Executive Officer, and James J. Bottiglieri, Chief Financial Officer.
