Compass Datacenters Expands Sales Team With Addition Of John Shine And Alexis Stobbe
Shine and Stobbe Are Named Directors of Sales for Eastern and Central U.S.
DALLAS, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Datacenters has expanded its sales team with two experienced data center professionals who will work with customers in the eastern and central U.S. John Shine is joining the company as Director of Sales for the Eastern Region and Alexis Stobbe will serve as the Director of Sales for the Central Region of the country. Both will report to Brent Behrman, Compass' Senior Vice President of Sales, who will cover the western portion of the U.S. Shine and Stobbe will be responsible for business development in their respective regions and they will also work closely with new customers to help guide their planning processes.

Mr. Shine has more than 20 years of professional experience, including five years at Digital Realty Trust in his most recent role as Sales Director. Prior to Digital Realty, Mr. Shine was a Vice President of Sales at Vettro, an enterprise mobile software company. His prior work experience includes companies such as Cysive, RCG Information Technology and IBM. Shine earned hisB.S. degree from Providence College.
Mr. Stobbe joins Compass from Power Distribution, Inc. where he served as Director of Sales and where he was responsible for some of the company's largest customers, including several of the largest accounts and orders in the company's 25 year history. Prior to Power Distribution, Mr. Stobbe served as an executive consultant within the oil and gas industry at CheckSix, and as a real estate developer with Hickory Hill Properties. Before beginning his private sector career, he served for 10 years in the United States Marines as a fighter pilot. Mr. Stobbe holds a degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business.
