Community to Discuss Education Options in Hartford's North End During National School Choice Week
HARTFORD, Conn., Jan. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Education experts will discuss the future of North End schools at an event during National School Choice Week, organizers announced today. "The State of North End Schools" will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015.
The community conversation with residents of North End, Upper Albany, and Blue Hills will feature remarks by school administrators, community leaders, and students from a variety of schools.
More than 150 people are expected to attend this event at Liberty Christian Center at 9:30 a.m.

This event is being planned jointly by Achieve Hartford!, African Caribbean American Parents of Children with Disabilities, Hartford Parent University, Daughters of Eve, Blue Hills Civic Association, and Hot 93.7 FM.
