Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
NEW YORK, May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase from the Company up to an additional 937,500 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 21, 2015, under the ticker symbol "CHCT."
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on May 27, 2015, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., Evercore Group L.L.C., and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., are acting as joint book-running managers of the underwriters for the offering. Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and BB&T Capital Markets are acting as co-lead managers for the offering.
