Community Bank Announces Profitable First Quarter and Regulatory Approval for Opening St. Petersburg Branch

The FDIC and State of Florida have now approved the opening of Community Bank's new branch at 158 Beach Dr NE in Saint Petersburg, FL.  The branch is scheduled to open on Monday, May 2, 2011.   President Katie Pemble noted, "Opening our first branch office in St. Petersburg is a natural progression of our strategy to be the best bank in Tampa Bay.  We are excited to become an integral part of the thriving Beach Drive business community and are proud to announce that Sirena Ionata has joined community bank as the bank's retail manager for Pinellas County and will be based on Beach Drive."
