Lowman has joined the bank as Executive Vice President, Retail Banking Executive and Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to being responsible for the profitability and growth of the bank's existing 17 branches, association lockbox services, and treasury management services, she will be the bank's leading compliance executive.

Prior to joining Community Bank, Lowman was with American Momentum Bank where she served most recently as Executive Vice President and Senior Compliance Officer, and previously as Retail Banking Executive. She has been in Florida banking for over 25 years and has held the position of Executive Vice President/Retail Executive with Regions Bank and Republic Bank. Rita was with Bank of America for 16 years serving as the State's Administration Executive responsible for the management of numerous acquisitions including the NationsBank/Barnett merger. She then was named Consumer Executive for the West Coast of Florida responsible for 100 banking centers, 1000 associates and $5.2 billion in deposits.
