Jonathan created a Retail Research & Insights practice group to help Citi partner with retailers to deepen customer engagement and increase sales, while also supporting business development efforts. A well-rounded marketer, he previously served as the Chief of Staff for the Chief Marketing Officer in the Retail Services division at Citi, created an Early Engagement Marketing team for the Small Business Cards group and managed advertising development for the Citi Cards Strategic Marketing team. Prior to joining Citi, Jonathan served clients in a range of industries while working for creative agencies such as Havas and TBWA\Chiat\Day.
