Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Awards Courage Center Three-Year Accreditation
MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Courage Center is pleased to announce that it has received accreditation from the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF is a private, nonprofit organization that promotes quality services for persons with disabilities and others in need of rehabilitation services. Courage Center first became accredited by CARF in 1983. The accreditation extends through June 2013.
To be accredited, Courage Center met an extensive list of standards in business and clinical practices, as well as the program areas of Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Services for children and adults, Employment Services and Supported Living (ILS).
