Commercial Vehicle Group Announces the Successful Completion of Its Common Stock Offering, Including the Full Exercise of Underwriter's Over-Allotment Option
NEW ALBANY, Ohio, March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVGI) announced today that it has completed its previously announced public offering of common stock at a price of $6.25 per share to the public. The Company also announced that the underwriter in the offering has exercised its option to purchase additional shares to cover over-allotments, resulting in a total sale to the public of 4,370,000 shares of common stock.
The Company received approximately $25.4 million of net proceeds from the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated expenses of the offering. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate and working capital purposes, including the funding of strategic initiatives that the Company may undertake from time to time. Robert W. Baird & Co. acted as underwriter for the offering.
