Stuart Beilinson has worked in commercial real estate since 1982.  He comes from a strong commercial real estate background, working as a commercial real estate appraiser with several national real estate firms, valuing properties throughout the United States. These properties include commercial office, retail, multi-family, mobile home parks, storage facilities, and industrial properties of all sizes. He was the Senior Real Estate Analyst for a national firm, responsible for the South Florida region, before relocating to the Southern California area.  Regionally, Mr. Beilinson has worked on commercial properties from San Diego to the San Fernando Valley.

Mr. Beilinson received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama, with additional finance and analysis coursework at Louisiana State University, University of San Diego, Dartmouth College, Tufts University, University of Portland, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Champions School of Real Estate, and others.
