HAVANA, March 22, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) is in Havana with the President's delegation. Leahy, ranking member of the Senate's State Department and Foreign Operations appropriations panel, was briefed on the attacks by White House officials. He made the following statement:
