LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- During an exclusive interview on AXS TV'S TOM GREEN LIVE with host Tom Green, Norm Macdonald revealed that after his firing from "Saturday Night Live" he found out he was also rejected as the host of "The Late Late Show," a job Macdonald never even knew he was up for. Macdonald said that Rob Burnett, executive producer of "The Late Show With David Letterman," told him that David Letterman fought to have him host the show, but Les Moonves, CBS Corp. president and CEO, preferred Craig Kilborn instead.
