CHICAGO, Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ComEd President and COO Anne R. Pramaggiore today announced that Tracie Morris has been named vice president, Human Resources, a key appointment to the company's senior leadership team.

Morris previously served as vice president of Human Resources for DeVry Inc., a position she had held for the past year. Before joining DeVry, she served as director of Human Resources Operations for ComEd and earlier served as director of Human Resources for Exelon Generation, a unit of Exelon Corp. Morris began her career with Exelon in 2002 as a manager of Human Resources at LaSalle Nuclear Power Station.

Prior to joining Exelon, Morris was a director of Human Resources for Ameritech Corp, and began her career at the U.S. Department of Labor and Department of Justice.
Morris holds a bachelor's degree in organizational communications from North Central College and a master's degree in management and organizational behaviors from Benedictine University.
