IRVINE, Calif., April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- When Kelly Smith first opened the non-profit peace education organization the Center for Living Peace, she had no idea that in just one year the Center would challenge mainstream definitions of peace, host a Living Peace Series with high-profile international leaders, inspire the implementation of youth directed service projects, and impact the lives of over 1,000 class and workshop participants.
