Combe Incorporated Announces Sale of Three Product Groups
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Jan. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Combe Incorporated, ("Combe") today announced that it has completed the sale of its Cough/Cold, Skin Care and Foot Care businesses.
The Cough/Cold and Skin Care businesses, including the Cepacol®, Lanacane®, Scalpicin®, LiceMD®, and Hemoal® brands, have been sold to Reckitt Benckiser Inc.
The Foot Care business, consisting of the Odor-Eaters® brand, has been sold to Blistex Inc.
