Columbia Pacific Advisors, LLC Exits Lighthouse Ediscovery, Secures Attractive Returns For Limited Partners

SEATTLE, March 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbia Pacific Advisors, LLC, a Seattle-based alternative investment firm, is pleased to announce its successful exit from portfolio company Lighthouse eDiscovery, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery services. Lighthouse has secured a capital infusion from new equity partner Spire Capital. Columbia Pacific Advisors' Growth Capital strategy initially provided financing to Lighthouse in 2012 and will retain a small interest in the business going forward. The exit represents a compelling multiple for the Growth Capital strategy's limited partners.

New York-based Spire Capital acquired a minority equity position in Lighthouse and will place several of its executives on the board. Lighthouse plans to use the growth capital to build out an East Coast operations center, a geographically-redundant data center, and expand into Europe.
