Columbia Banking System Advises Postponement of Fourth Quarter & Year 2010 Earnings Release and Conference Call
TACOMA, Wash., Jan .25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbia Banking System, Inc. (Nasdaq: COLB) announced today that the release of its financial results and the Conference Call for the quarter and full-year 2010, both originally announced for January 27, 2011, will be postponed.
Melanie Dressel, President and Chief Executive Officer said, "Due to the complexities of the accounting and audit processes associated with the Company's acquired loan portfolios, it has taken a little longer than we had expected to finalize our year-end financials. We will issue a press release with the new dates and times for the earnings release and conference call shortly."
