Columbia Bank Announces the Appointment of Alex Grinewicz to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
FAIR LAWN, N.J., Feb. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Kemly, President and CEO of Columbia Bank, is pleased to announce that Alex Grinewicz has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Grinewicz joined Columbia Bank in 1986 as a Commercial Lender and was promoted to Senior Commercial Lending Officer a year later. He was later promoted to Vice President, Loan Review (1988), to Director of Internal Loan Review (1989) and to Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer (1990). Mr. Grinewicz became Vice President, Special Assets in 1991 and was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer in 2001.
A well-known figure in banking, business and community affairs, Mr. Grinewicz currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of TICIC, Inc., a trade association network that provides long-term financing for affordable and senior citizen housing throughout New Jersey.
He resides in Washington Township, New Jersey, with his wife, Linda.
