Colt Resources Announces Successful Warrant Exercise

MONTREAL, March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Colt Resources Inc. ("Colt" or the "Company") (TSXV: GTP) (FRA: P01) (OTCQX: COLTF) is pleased to announce that 13.4 million share purchase warrants have been recently exercised, the majority of which were exercised in the latter half of February 2012, into an equivalent number of common shares of the Company for total proceeds of approximately $6M.
