Coloradoans Prepare For The Nation's Best New Mexican Restaurant

The Fort Collins, Colorado restaurant marks the company's 50th Mexican restaurant and its third Colorado location. When the doors open at 10:30AM at 4414 S. College Ave, the smell of fresh hand-made tortillas and sweet pork barbacoa will fill the Rocky Mountain air.

Guests, residents and media are invited to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on opening day at 10:30AM. In Cafe Rio Mexican Grill's ongoing effort to be a good neighbor, they have spent nearly $800,000 dollars directly contributing to the Fort Collins economy, and have hired 35 employees. In addition, they will make another impact by donating $2500 to the Poudre School District. The opening will be followed by multiple community events, including youth fundraisers, catering and a blood drive.
