Colorado Access Named a "Top Workplace" by The Denver Post
DENVER, April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Colorado Access, a nonprofit health plan, was recently named by The Denver Post as a "Top Workplace" for midsized companies in Colorado.
Colorado Access was ranked in the middle of the top 30 midsize employers in Colorado. As a leader in the healthcare sector, Colorado Access is best known for the robust services it provides to Coloradans eligible for Medicare, Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+). The Denver Post teamed up with Workplace Dynamics to create the Top Workplace report for 2012. The company created and sent surveys to employees from hundreds of participating organizations. They ranked companies based on employee responses. The survey scored employees' responses on measures, like leadership, values, ethics and benefits. The Top Workplace rankings are divided into three categories, large, midsize and small companies.
