SEATTLE, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Globally recognized as a best-in-class provider of commercial real estate data and analysis, Colliers International has again provided the real estate data for the KPMG Global Competitive Alternatives Study. Colliers International, the world's third largest commercial real estate services firm, has been providing exclusive commercial real estate content for KPMG's bi-annual study since 2004.
"In today's information age, quality of data and its corresponding analysis are critical components to serving our clients on a global, regional and local level," said Douglas P. The 2009/10 study focuses on 60 cities throughout all 50 states in the U.S.A., 38 Canadian cities in 11 provinces, as well as 12 cities in Europe, six in Mexico, four in Australia and two in Japan. Colliers International compiles a wide range of research reports on the commercial real estate market, including office, retail and industrial submarkets in the U.S. and around the globe. The firm has also launched a series of White Papers on topics such as industrial activities in port cities, sustainability, alternative energy and retail reinvention.
In mid-April, Colliers International will release its first Global Investors Sentiment Survey, reporting on the world's largest private and institutional investors and their investment outlook globally for the coming twelve months.
